Thank You, Clowns!

We just crossedĀ the equator of our time in Burkina Faso and reviewing what we achieved so far we are very happy šŸ™‚
The first VGWB game is progressing well and we are building an large network of local contacts. Moreover, with some of those entities we have already started collaborating in the fields of both training and development.

All this wouldn’t be possible without the support we received from the Spanish associations Clowns Without Borders and Socialclown. They gave us the opportunity to follow them in their joint project in Burkina Faso and all the logistic support that allowed us to face with more confidence these first months of adaptation.

For more than 20 years, Clowns Without Borders has been giving emotional support, through the humor and the tenderness of the clown, to children suffering wars or natural disasters everywhere around the world. For more info check their website. In Burkina Faso they are collaborating, to improve the situation of malnourished young children, with Socialclown, an association of clowns that works in hospitals (both geriatric and pediatric) and in the developing countries. You can learn more about what they do and about their joint project on their website.

For your support during these months and for the great work you always do… THANK YOU, CLOWNS! šŸ˜€
